If you're having trouble logging in, please take note of these reminders:

1. Make sure CAPS LOCK is off. Your password is Case Sensitive; capitals and lowercase must match the password you created when you registered.

2. Correct email address. Make sure you're using your complete (and correct) email address as your log-in name.
